Formatting Tip: If you're laying out a chap in Word that will be printed hard copy or converted to PDF, you should properly paginate by making hard returns to break the page. That is accomplished by holding down the "Control" key and hitting "Enter." After the last word of each poem this process should be repeated before the following poem is pasted or typed into the page. "Print view" should be used during this process. |
